江蘇獵頭公司招聘職位主要工作職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)人力資源規(guī)劃,并制訂中、長期人力資源發(fā)展計劃;
2、建立和完善人力資源管理體系,研究、設(shè)計人力資源管理模式(招聘、培訓(xùn)、績效、薪酬及員工發(fā)展等體系的全面建設(shè)),制定和完善人力資源管理制度;
3、全面統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃人力資源開發(fā)及戰(zhàn)略管理,擬定人力資源規(guī)劃方案,并監(jiān)督各項計劃的實施;
4、向公司高層提供人力資源、組織機(jī)構(gòu)等方面的建議并致力于提高公司綜合管理水平,控制人力資源成本等;
5、負(fù)責(zé)公司核心團(tuán)隊和業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊核心骨干的打造,在公司內(nèi)部推動核心人才梯隊培養(yǎng)計劃等;
6、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè),員工關(guān)系處理;
7、規(guī)范完善公司行政管理系統(tǒng),制訂并完善公司政策匯編及各項行政制度,提供各項行政后勤支持;
8、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作任務(wù)。

Main job responsibilities:

江蘇獵頭公司招聘崗位要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、心理學(xué)、工商管理、法律等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、具有知名或規(guī)模以上制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗,至少五年以上人力資源總監(jiān)經(jīng)驗;具備企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗,擁有相關(guān)人才資源;
3、精通人力資源管理各大模塊,對人力資源管理工作具有豐富的實踐與執(zhí)行能力,能夠搭建相關(guān)管理體系;
4、熟悉國家相關(guān)政策、法律法規(guī);
5、很強(qiáng)的計劃性和實施執(zhí)行的能力;有親和力,很強(qiáng)的激勵、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;有從0-1建立各項工作的經(jīng)驗;
6、具備良好的人際交往能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力以及解決復(fù)雜問題的能力。
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, psychology, business administration, law, etc;
2, with well-known or above-scale manufacturing experience, at least 5 years of human resources director experience; with enterprise digital transformation experience, with relevant human resources;
3. Proficient in the major modules of human resource management, with rich practical and executive capabilities for human resource management, and able to build relevant management systems;
